Article 1 – Preamble

Theses general terms and conditions were translated from French to English in order to facilitate the reading by English speaking customers. These general terms and conditions have no legal force and serve for information purpose only. One should refer to the French version of theses general terms and conditions for legal concerns.

These terms and conditions are concluded, on the one hand, by the company Livescope, SPRL, whose head office is located at Place Eugène Flagey, 18 1050 Brussels registered in Belgium under the number 0703969580 hereinafter referred to as “the seller”, “Livescope” or “us” and, on the other hand, by any natural or legal person wishing to make a purchase, rental or booking on the website www.livescope.be , hereinafter referred to as “the buyer” or “the customer”.

These general terms and conditions are also applying to the buyer’s visit to all the places proposed by Livescope where the buyer can try experiences in virtual reality. They also apply to all the situations in which Livescope provides a service on behalf of the buyer, including the installment of a virtual reality booth.

The acquisition of a good or a service through this site or through any other contractual agreement with Livescope implies an unconditional acceptance by the buyer of these terms and conditions.

These conditions of sale shall prevail over any other general or special conditions not expressly approved by the seller.

The seller reserves the right to modify his terms and conditions and the content of his website www.livescope.be at any time without notice. In this case, the conditions applicable will be those in force on the date when the buyer has made a reservation, purchase, rental or signed a service contract with Livescope.
