Globally, virtual reality is not recommended for children that are less than 12 years old for various reasons including the maturity of the visual system.

We can host children from 7 to 12 years old with the following conditions:

• The activity needs to happen in The Lounge.

• The children needs to take regular pauses and should not stay more than 15 minutes in a row in the headset. This happens naturally in the Lounge when more than 2 people are participating.

• The parents or any responsible person needs to be present during the activity.

We will propose adequate experiences for kids.

All the other options (ex. the multiplayer activity or the escape game) are not recommended for kids below 12 years old.

Few experiences like Arizona Sunshine are even not recommended for people below 18 years old.

Some of our multi-player experiences can host up to 10 players at the same time. For bigger groups, we constitute sub-teams.

The following constraints can limit our capacity to host people with reduced mobility: the need to escalate few stairs at the entrance and the need to use hand controllers during the experiences.

Livescope operates on a reservation basis and we invite our clients to respect the time of their session. However, we will be happy to welcome you if you arrive a few minutes before or after the time of your reservation.

If you arrive well before the time, we will invite you to wait in our lobby. We do not guarantee that guests who arrive well before the time will be able to receive a briefing or that they will be able to join a game immediately.

In the event that you will still be able to start the activity, we would like to point out that one hour of activity at Livescope starts from the reception desk. In a concrete example: Starting 15 minutes earlier will make you finish 15 minutes earlier.

In case of a very late arrival, we will do our best but we cannot always guarantee a full playing time.

Yes, the briefing is short by nature but various parameters will influence its duration including the client’s experience, the number and difficulty of the games requested. We remind you that the briefing is organized to reinforce the quality and the pleasure you will get from your experience. Livescope regularly adapts its procedures to ensure that you get the maximum quality time in your experience.

Clients who come for new sessions on the same game have mechanically the economy of the briefing.
